The rental period is 1 year minimum, starting on August 15, but more than one year is preferred. The place is only for quiet and mature persons, MSc, Ph.D., Postdocs, lecturers, professors, or visitor researchers from the University of Twente or Saxion University. The price is 630 Euros for a standard room, all-inclusive. Registration is possible. Minimum 23 years old (no exceptions).
