About the place

Greetings, temporarily homeless person,

A room will become available in our lovely house from May 1st, 2026. It’s about 17 m² and costs €500/month (including utilities). It’s about a 2-minute bike ride to Saxion, 5 minutes to the station, and around 15 minutes to the university. 

About the house:
The place is a student house currently home to 7 (soon 8) inhabitants. Downstairs, we’ve got a small kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with another toilet and two showers. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, there’s a decently-sized garden and a shed, which we share with our neighbors (also a super fun student house).

About life in the house:
With eight of us, we’ve got a chill atmosphere, everything’s allowed, nothing’s mandatory. We regularly do fun stuff together, no pressure, but always good vibes. That could be a movie night, dinner together, or a house evening. 

The non-homeless (Dutch and international) people currently living in this lovely spot are:
Sebastiaan, Aziza, Claudia, Salma, Laurens, Shirley, and Matteo.
Laurens makes drugs (Chemical Engineering), Claudia explains how bad that is (Psychology), Salma breaks door handles (Mechanical Engineering), Sebastiaan analyzes the broken door handles (Mechanical Engineering), Matteo fixes the door handles (also Mechanical Engineering), Aziza helps soldering (Electrical Engineering), and Shirley comes to visit us every once in a while!
