About the place

Heyy,
Soon one of our lovely housemates will be going abroad, so we’re looking for a new temporary housemate! In our awesome house we live with 6 people in total: 3 women and 3 men.

The sublet period will be from February 1st until June 7th, 2026. The dates can be adjusted slightly in consultation.

The room that becomes available is about 20 m² and comes with its own private bathroom! We also share a spacious living room and kitchen, a laundry room, covered bike storage and some extra storage spaces for your belongings. In our house we try to have dinner together as often as possible. We also love having a chat, watching a movie together or occasionally escalating things a little. Once a month we organize a house evening where we do all kinds of activities such as playing pool, going out, or game nights. Every year we also plan a house weekend getaway, and in summer you’ll often find us relaxing on our rooftop terrace enjoying the sun!

Saxion is within walking distance, the city center is a 5-minute bike ride away and the University of Twente is about 15 minutes by bike.

Rent includes gas, water, electricity and service costs!
