This room is upholstered (as shown in the photos). There is a one-time furniture takeover fee of €350. The house features shared kitchen, shower, and toilet facilities and an access to a small garden and a bike shed. It is in a great location with daily shops like Dirk, Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Action, and Kruidvat are just a 4-minute walk away on foot. There is also a gym close by (around 5-minute bike ride) and the University of Twente campus is an easy 18-minute cycle and 7 min from Saxion University. The house is shared among 3 other international students.
