About the place

We’re looking for a person to take over a comfortable room in a house with 3 other international students, 10 min from centrum, 2 min from shops, with amazing garden and bike shed.

Room: Fully furnished 13 m² room in a recently renovated 4-bedroom house on the first floor with central heating. Window has a net installed, so no bugs can enter when it’s open. 

House & Facilities: You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other people, with fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, and a nice garden with chairs and a table (also a projector screen screen).

Location: Within walking distance of Jumbo, Dirk, Action, Kruidvat, a 15 min bike ride to UTwente campus and 10 min ride to city center or Saxion, Bus stop close by. 

Rent: The rent is €575 per month including utilities. There is a one-time payment of €265 for the furniture that comes with the room - everything in like-new condition. The desk chair is excluded and can be bought for €100.

Rental period: 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2027. Possible indefinite extension.
