About the place

I’m moving soon and would like to find someone to take over my room. It is a spacious and bright room in a shared house in the Bothoven area, close to the centre of Enschede. You will be sharing the house with 5 other people (all students at UT).

The location is very convenient:
- 5 minutes walking to Enschede city centre
- 6 minutes by bike to Saxion
- 15 minutes by bike to the University of Twente

The room comes fully furnished. I’m also looking to sell the furniture to the next tenant, including the bed, desk, large mirror, couch, wardrobe/clothes rack and other room furniture, so further details can be discussed.

The room has plenty of natural light and enough space for a sleeping area, study/workspace and a separate sitting area, so it feels more like a small studio-style room than a standard bedroom.
