About the place

Looking for a student to temporarily take over my room while I'm away for my Master's semester abroad — August until mid-January.

The room: 14m2, fully furnished and ready to move in. Bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, work desk, work chair and a cabinet included. Flexible on furniture — we can move things out if you want to bring your own stuff.

The house: Shared student house with 5 other housemates — international and chill. Shared kitchen with microwave, mini oven and two fridges, bathroom, shower, washing machine and covered bike storage.

Location: 5 min to city centre, 5 min to Jumbo and Albert Heijn, 8-10 min by bike to Saxion.

Rent: €510/month including utilities. Official short-term contract directly with the landlord.
