About the place

From August 1st, a room will become available again on Landstraat, the shortest little street in Enschede.

Landstraat isn’t your typical student house. You’ll be living in a cosy spot here with three other flatmates, two guys and a girl. All three of us are aged between 20 and 27 and we’re happy to do our own thing. One of us is studying, another is working, and in between we occasionally find eachother to hang out. That’s how it works for us!

You’ll be living on the first floor, in a light-filled room that you’re free to make entirely your own. You’ll share the bathroom with one person and the kitchen with two. We also use the kitchen as our living room, and we have a spacious balcony where we set up an open-air cinema on summer evenings. There’s also a bathroom on the ground floor that you’re welcome to use.

When is this house perfect for you?
If you’re looking for a quiet place where you can be yourself and do your own thing. You enjoy reaching out to socialise and helping to keep the communal areas tidy. If you’ve got fun ideas for the house – whether it’s painting, doing crafts or decorating – you’re welcome to do so!

What happens next?
We’d love to hear a bit more about you! We’re curious to find out who you are, what you enjoy doing, what’s bringing you to Enschede (or why you’re looking for a new home), and what it takes for you to feel at home somewhere. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you as soon as possible to meet two flatmates, Maarten and Elena :-) If all three of us are happy with the arrangement, we’ll introduce you to the landlord. He'll make the final decision. The room is scheduled to be available starting August 1st.
