About the place

Hi future housemate!

We are looking for a subtenant for at least one year, starting September 1st. The room is approximately 20 m² and unfurnished.

Our house is located in Enschede, with good connections to the city center (walking distance), Saxion (5-minute bike ride), and the university (15-minute bike ride). We are a sociable group of housemates who enjoy cooking together, playing games, and having a drink now and then. Otherwise, everyone does their own thing. You’ll be living with three great people: Michel (24, Dutch), Pelle (25, Dutch), and Anna (21, Polish). The house features a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a tidy bathroom, and a roof terrace where we can have barbecues in the summer.

The rent for the room is €410 per month, including gas, water, and electricity, but excluding €15 for internet. The security deposit is one month's rent, which is refunded upon a proper handover of the room.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy subtenant who would enjoy living with us for a while and becoming part of our home atmosphere. Send us a message with some information about yourself!
