About the place

Hello!
I'm looking for someone to sublet my room to while I study abroad.

We are an all women household and you would share the house with two other students. They are coming to the Netherlands from abroad, so English is the language of choice. 

The room offered is the only one on ground level, the other two are upstairs. Other rooms in the house are a dining/living room, a shared kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. 

The house is located in a calm area with lot's of other houses and a few shops and small businesses scattered in between. City centere is about 10 minutes by bike. Cycling to the University of Twente takes about 20 - 25 minutes and about 10 to Saxion University. The nearest supermarket can be reached by foot within 5 minutes.
