About the place

A spacious room of approximately 20 m² will be available in our house from August 1st, 2026.

The rent is €450 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. Wi-Fi is arranged separately by one of the housemates and costs approximately €15 to €20 per month.

The room is partially furnished and comes with a bed and desk. There is a one-time takeover fee of €150 for these items.

The rental agreement and all rent payments are handled directly through the landlord.

We are a friendly household of two women and are looking for a tidy and easygoing housemate to join us.

We do not organize a formal selection evening (hospiteeravond). Instead, we arrange viewings by appointment, so you can take your time to see the room, have a look around the house, and get to know us.
