About the place

Hello future housemate!

We are looking for a temporary subtenant, as Anna (20) will soon be starting her exchange semester. The room is available from July 1, 2026, through January 31 – perfect for Erasmus students or someone who needs a temporary solution! The room is approximately 16 m² and is located above a bakery, close to the center of Enschede (3 minute walk). It is also fully furnished. 

Our house is located in Enschede, with good connections to the city center, Saxion (5-minute bike ride), and the university (15-minute bike ride). Currently, in the house lives also Michel (24) and Bianca (21). We are a friendly and easy going house. The house has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a neat bathroom, and a roof terrace where we can barbecue in the summer.

The rent for the room is €399 per month, including gas, water, and electricity, excluding €15-20 a month for internet. We are looking for a friendly and tidy tenant who enjoys living with us and being part of our homey atmosphere. Are you looking for a nice place to live during your student years?
