About the place

This room is a 5-minute walk from Van Heekplein, less than a 20-minute bike ride from the University of Twente, and a 15-minute bike ride from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. The supermarket is less than a minute's walk from the house. The sun only shines in the morning, so it cools down quickly in the summer. The house has a shared shower, toilet, oven, gas stove, two refrigerators, a microwave, and a (relatively small) living room with a sofa and TV. There are five rooms in total, two of which are detached. We currently live here with three boys, one of whom speaks English. There are no real obligations to the house other than the cleaning schedule. You have the opportunity to do your own thing and study quietly if necessary.
