About the place

Hey everyone! 👋

A room is opening up in our international student house on Jupiterstraat starting November 16th! 

The location is honestly ideal, you're just a 5-minute bike ride from UTwente, Kennispark train station, and both Lidl and Albert Heijn.

The room is about 11m² and comes with a study desk, bed and a wardrobe.
Quick note on the bed: The one provided by the house isn't in the best shape, but since I'm moving, I'm happy to reach an agreement to sell you mine (I bought it brand new just a year ago).
The house has a toilet downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs.

You’ll be living with a friendly international mix (currently Spanish, Italian, and Indonesian). Students from UTwente or Saxion, or working housemates of any nationality are super welcome! We all respect each other’s space and study time, but we also love catching up in the kitchen or having house dinners together when we're free.

Minimum stay to be confirmed with the landlord.
