One beautiful furnished room is available for rent in a single-family home for a short term. 

About the room:
The room is about 15 m2. The rental price is 720 Euros, incl. G/W/E + internet. The rental period is two months, starting on July 1. A shorter period can be discussed. Rental allowance is not possible.  
About the house: 
The house is located in Enschede in the beautiful Hogeland District (Johan van Hoornstraat), near the city center, about 2.8 km from Saxion and 6 km from UTwente.  Supermarkets and shopping are all very close and easily accessible.
The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a utility room, an in-site garage, a storage place, and a beautiful garden. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared with another (adult) person. You will have to commit to a weekly cleaning schedule.
About the application:
The place is only for quiet and mature individuals, including MSc, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Researchers, lecturers, professors, and visiting researchers.
