One beautiful furnished room is available for rent for one person in a single-family home. 

About the room:
The room is about 12 m2. The rental price is 650 Euros, incl. G/W/E + internet. The rental period is six months, starting on February 15. A shorter or longer period can be discussed. Registration is possible for long-term contracts. Rental allowance is not possible.  
About the house: 
The house is located in the beautiful Hogeland District (Johan van Hoornstraat), near the city centre, about 2.8 km from Saxion and 6 km from UT.  Supermarkets and shopping are all very close and easily accessible.
The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a utility room, an in-site garage, a storage place, and a beautiful garden. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared with another (adult) person. You will have to commit to a weekly cleaning schedule.
About the application:
The place is only for quiet and mature individuals, including MSc, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Researchers, lecturers, professors, and visiting researchers. Age requirement is a minimum of 23 years old (no exceptions). For more information and details on the application process, please contact Lydia.
