Hi future housemate,

We're looking for a new housemate!

There are six of us living in the house. The property was recently renovated, so it's in excellent condition and fully equipped with modern amenities. There is a laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There's also a spacious storage room.

On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with access to the garden, which has a covered patio and an outdoor storage shed. This floor also has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small basement, and a separate toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms and another bathroom. Finally, there's a large attic room.

We're looking for an enthusiastic housemate, other than that, we don't have any specific requirements. Everyone in the house enjoys doing their own thing, but if you'd like to have dinner together or do something as a group, that's always an option! For example, we all went to a concert together not too long ago.

The available room is located on the ground floor. The rent is €675 per month, including utilities (gas, water, and electricity).
