About the place

Dear room seeker,

Since Aike is leaving us, we are looking for a new housemate to bring our number back to four. The house is located 2 km from the UT and 2 km from the station. Additionally, there is a park very close by, and there are several supermarkets within a 5-10 minute bike ride. The room is approximately 20 m², and the basic rent is 380 euros, with utilities being about 35 euros. The house has a shared shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Furthermore, there is a shared kitchen that also functions as a living room.

Sahara studies Creative Media & Game Tech at Saxion and is 20 years old. She loves art, gaming, movies, and roughly everything related to those subjects. She also loves to eat and climb.

Kore is 22 and is the international one of the house (Swedish). She studies fine art at the AKI and loves anything related to art and media. 

Hugo, our resident, is 27 and studies Civil Engineering at Saxion. In his free time, he enjoys ballroom dancing, cooking, reading, and gaming. If there is any time left after that, Hugo usually spends it on extremely mediocre corny jokes.

We do not have mandatory house nights because we are all often busy with our studies. So if you would like to do your own thing, that is perfectly fine. Cozy moments often arise spontaneously, but we can always schedule something if there is demand for it.

We are all fairly independent and like to keep the place clean, so we prefer looking for people who already have some experience living away from home and don't mind a potential cleaning schedule.
