A spacious room on the ground floor. The back door gives direct access to the large garden, which overlooks a meadow. Next to your room is a toilet with a sink. On the ground floor there is also a shared garage where you can store your bicycle and other belongings. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. One floor below is the kitchen.

The room is close to the Stroink shopping center.
The bus stop is also nearby.
Cycling to the city center takes about 15 minutes.
The garden is shared.
There is plenty of storage space in the garage and next to the house.

The room is already partially furnished (bed, refrigerator, desk with chair, and wardrobe). You are of course welcome to bring your own furniture.

If you would like to wake up in the morning to peace and quiet and see wild deer in the meadow, then this space is highly recommended.

This home does not have the character of a party house, so it should remain quiet.
