About the place

Hihi!
We are a cozy all girls house that is close to the city center (5 mins by bike and 15/20 minutes away from the UT.)
It’s a shared house with a a kitchen and a bathroom with two other girls, you will have a somewhat small bedroom and a study upstairs. 
Unfortunately, there is no living room to hang out but we don’t mind having a chat here and there or having dinner together but it’s not obligatory.

What the previous tenant is leaving in the room:

- Gray shelf/cabinet (upstairs)
- Wardrobe (downstairs)
- White shelf (downstairs)
- Black shelf (upstairs)
- Glass shelf/cabinet (downstairs)

Room rent:
Approx. €458

Two rooms, upstairs & downstairs
Upstairs approx. 5 m²
Downstairs approx. 9 m²
