About the place

We are looking for a fun, friendly new co-resident for our recently completely renovated student home.

We have a spacious room (12 m2) available on the first floor which has a roof terrace. The room is furnished and has recessed lighting, many wall sockets, Co2-controlled ventilation and a UTP connection for your computer.

The payment is € 665 per month, which includes Gas/Water/Electricity/ and furniture.
We jointly pay for internet separately.

The house is shared by a maximum of 5 people (students). The living room is furnished and we also have a washing machine and dryer. Our kitchen is fully equipped, such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. We also have access to a large external storage.

On the photos you see the available spacious room with access to the roof terrace. The first floor has four bedrooms and one bathroom shown in the photo. This bathroom is shared by the residents on the first floor (the room on the ground floor has its own bathroom).

Our house is located between the university and the city/Saxion, making it the ideal place to live. In addition, there is a shopping center within short distance so that you can get your breakfast whenever you want. Due to the renovation, there have been some changes in residents. Some of the residents are Dutch and the others international. We are currently with two men and one woman.

We used to be a house that had a house evening once a month where we did something fun such as playing pool, pub quizzes or bowling. We also have a cleaning schedule where you are expected to contribute once a week. We enjoy eating together in the evenings and chatting about everyone's day, but there is certainly room to do something together.
