About the place

The room is very close to Saxion (less than 5 min cycle), and with 17 minutes cycling you are at the University of Twente or you can take the direct bus to the Univesity which is very close. The grocery stores are within walking distance as well as the city centre. Enschede Central Station is at 17 min walking.

I am looking for a female roommate to share a house together. The house has a calm and pleasant atmosphere and is a nice place to come home to. I preferably look for someone who is dedicated to her studies and enjoys living in a home where peace and quiet are important. You are somewhat quiet, and introverted, and you feel comfortable in a calm living environment without a party culture.

The room is furnished and includes a desk with a desk chair, ideal for working or studying comfortably.
The shared spaces are fully equipped. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer combination, a combi microwave oven, an airfryer, and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower, and a toilet. In addition, there is an extra toilet on the ground floor. There is also a garden with a shed where you can store your bike.

Registration at the address is possible.
Internationals are very welcome, and speaking English is no problem.
