About the house:
Shared (international) student rental with three separate bedrooms, located 7 minutes by bicycle to the University and to the city centre. The house is fully furnished , with a living room, kitchen, laundry room, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and a garden with a locked gate to park your bicycle.
The bedroom is also furnished (the PC setup and second desk in the picture are not included).
Rent covers gas, water and internet.

Currently looking for a new housemate to take up the spare bedroom. I am an Advanced Technology student studying at the UT. The atmosphere of the house has always been chill and easygoing, where we cook dinner together from time to time.
Looking for any nationality background.
