Are you looking for a room in Enschede? Come visit me at P van Hoekstraat. I am looking for a nice roommate that likes to eat dinner together and to hang out from time to time. 

The room is 12 square meters and has 8 outlets and an internet connection outlet, ideal for studying. Further, the room is equipped with roller shutters and curtains.

The house has a large bathroom and two separate toilets, a washing machine and a dryer. De garden has a small canopy to stall your bike and the container bins.

The location is also very nice, being only 10 minutes away from the central train station and Saxion and 20 minutes away from the university of Twente.

Here and there, the house still needs some work, mostly installing curtains and ceiling lamps, as well as some work in the front and back garden, but we're on it. The house has been renovated and isolated very recently.
