Mid March / early April there will be a neat room on the first floor of +-10m2 available in my house. The room is adjacent to the hall where the kitchen and bathroom (new, 2021) can be found. I.v.m. work and sports, I have limited presence and you have besides the room also the house during the week mostly for yourself, including a lovely large garden that has just been repaved. The house is not shared with any other housemates besides myself and is clean and tidy. In addition, the house is fully electrically heated (including a radiator in the room) and has an induction hob. The first three attached photos are from BEFORE the renovation, but at least shows the room well. Preferably I am looking for a quiet and independent housemate between 20 and 25 years old.
