Room Available in Cozy Student House in Enschede from 01-09-2026

A room will be available in one of the coziest student houses in Enschede. Registration with the municipality is possible. The room is ca.12m2 in size and costs EUR 425,= per month, all-inclusive. Additionally, the room has its own sink with hot and cold water.

All students (both male and female) study at Saxion or UT, and we are looking for a neat Saxion student to join us. The bus stop is just 100 meters away, and within walking distance, you'll find a large shopping center with various shops, supermarkets, and eateries. There is also a train station within walking distance, allowing you to reach the city center in 5 minutes.

The rent includes all service charges, such as weekly cleaning of the entire house by our cleaning lady (except your own room). You can make unlimited use of our washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a large fully equipped kitchen with double cooking points. For those interested, parking is free. There is also a fast internet connection (1000Mb/1000Mb), available via both WIFI and a fixed UTP connection in your room. The room is equipped with laminate flooring.
