About the place

A spacious and well-maintained student room of approximately 18 m2 will become available on 1 July 2026 in one of the friendliest student houses in Enschede. The monthly rent is €425,= all-inclusive.

Registration with the municipality is possible.

The house is shared by both male and female students, all currently studying at Saxion or the University of Twente. We are now looking for one tidy and responsible student from either Saxion or the University of Twente to complete the household.

The room comes with new laminate flooring and a high-speed 1 Gbps internet connection, available via both Wi-Fi and a fixed UTP connection. The house is equipped with a large shared kitchen featuring double cooking stations, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer, all free to use.

The shared areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner (private rooms are excluded).

If you have a car, free parking is available nearby.

The location is ideal: there is a bus stop just 100 metres away, and within walking distance you will find a large shopping centre with supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops. The train station is also nearby, allowing you to reach Enschede city centre in just five minutes.
