About the place

This student room with a private sink is available from aug 1st, 2026 (possible earlier).

Price: EUR 450, = (all-in), so including all service-costs and fees.

Room: ca. 16 m2

Registration at the municipality is possible and permitable, this is needed for getting student grant (DUO or BAföG).

All general areas will be cleaned weekly by our cleaning lady weekly.

By train you can travel in 5 min to the centre/ Saxion.

All students are studying at Saxion or UT.

Room has a private sink with cold and warm water, has WIFI and a fix extremely fast (UTP) Internet connection 1Gb/1Gb/s in the room.

Also, unlimited use of complete kitchen with dishwasher, washingmachine and dryer.

Furthermore, free parking place in front of the door.

We have a large kitchen, three bathrooms and three toilets.
