Hello there! Are you a (starting) student looking for a calm but fun room? Don’t look further!

We are House Applejuice (Huize Appelsap in Dutch), a student house in Enschede north. Our roommate David is leaving us so we, 3 fun dudes, are looking for a new roommate. The apartment is a 10 minute cycle away from the university, Saxion, and the city center. If you trip once you’re standing in the supermarket. All in all, it’s an ideal location!

The room is 12 m2 and costs 450,- excl. G/w/l, internet and service costs are 170,-. The room can be rented for a year, but this can be extended indefinitely. The room has 3 big windows, two of which can be opened. With a bit of dexterity you can access the balcony through the window (or you kindly knock on Stijn's door and go through his room). The room also has a built in closet.

Other than the room, you will have access to a kitchen, bathroom with shower, washmachine, toilet and storage for bikes and stuff. We also have a small balcony where we like to hang out during the summer. 

We are a relatively calm student house where you can focus on your studies, but there’s definitely room for fun! We usually eat together once a week, have house evenings when we feel like it, where we do fun things like going ice skating or doing a pub quiz. We also game with the housemates who want to join, and we have nice chats in the hallway and each other's rooms. All 3 of us are currently working on our bachelor’s degree, so we are looking for someone who is also working on their bachelor’s, or who is going to start with it soon.
