About the place

A student house at the start of the Deurningerstraat, very close to the city center and the trainstation. With an easy cycling route to both the Saxxion and the University. You have two other roommates who keep the livingroom and bathroom clean and we cook voor each other in the evening. We are easy going guys who usually stay after dinner for an hour or two to talk some more about whatever, usually things like Dungeons and Dragons or games. We aren't a real party house but happenings like boardgames/drinking games aren't uncommon. 

The room itself is at the back of the house away from the busy street. neighbouring to our own livingroom and an adjacent room of another student. so it's pretty quiet.
