About the place

We are a relaxed student house where you are free to do your own thing. We house a couple international students, so we speak english by default.
We are always up for a chat and from time to time we eat together or hold a house night. We share a small living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and a storage space in the attic.
Our house is located just outside of Enschede's city center. Getting to the city center takes only 5 minutes, and within 25 minutes you can be at the UTwente campus. 

The room is located on the 1st floor, meaning it is on the same floor as the living room, kitchen, toilet, and one other room.
The room has access to balcony. This balcony is not included in the size of the room: the room is 12 m2 and the balcony 6m2.
The windows and balcony are on the north-side of the building, making it easier to keep cool during hot summers.
