About the place

I am subletting my room for the duration of my internship (initially 6 months). There might be a possibility to extend the rental period after these 6 months.

I am looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible tenant who will respect the room and house rules. Preferably a student or a working student, but otherwise I am open.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, matress, coffee table and sofa-bed. It is part of a shared house so kitchen and bathroom are shared.

You also have your own fridge, access to the big balcony and a bike parking space in the back entrance.
