A room is becoming available in our house in the city center of Enschede. The room is approximately 22m² and is available from 30th June/1st July. 
 
About the room: 
* Size: 22 m²
* Rent: €520 per month (excl. utilities)
* Furnished:  furniture takeover is mandatory and costs €250 including a bed, sofa, MALM wardrobe, under-sink cabinet, and coffee table
* Registration possible: Yes
* ⁠Contract termination: 1 month

Location: 
- close to many supermarkets like jumbo & albert heijn
- 10 minute Walk to Train station
- 15 minute bike ride to University of Twente

About the house:
You will be living with 3 housemates (2F/1M). It is a very chill house where everybody does their own stuff but are always up to chat in the kitchen and do important groceries for the house together.

Who we’re looking for: 
We are looking for a student/working student who is friendly, tidy and speaks english therefore international applicants are welcome.
