About the place

Looking for a tenant for a 6-month period, from September 1, 2026, to February 1, 2027. We are seeking a clean, quiet student. It is a mixed household (men and women), and most of the residents are international students. Occasional repairs are carried out, though it is not a particularly active or event-heavy household. The house features a lovely living room, and a cleaner comes every week (this cost is included in the service charges). The room qualifies for the housing allowance scheme, so the actual rent will be lower. Please leave a message if you are interested or have any questions.
