!Per the first of January a 15m2 room will be free on C.J. Snortstreet! The house is close to the centre, a 20 minute bike ride away from UT, and 5 minutes biking from AKI, ArtEZ and Saxion. The room is 15m2, we have a gorgeous big garden amazing from warm summer days, a shared living room, bathroom (with bathtub), a spacious kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer!) You'll be sharing the room with two roommates from the UT and the AKI the rent is 503 (inclusive) We're looking for someone who can live selfsufficiently and clean, there are no communal dinner times or other obligations, so feel free to build your own rythm.
