Pre furnished Room on campus in a studio/shared house available!

Hello everyone! I am going on exchange and I’m looking for someone to rent my studio/room in shared student house from either late July or late August until the 30th of January 2026. 

I am currently living in a temporary studio because our student house is being renovated, so you would be living in a fully furnished studio with a single bed, fully equipped kitchen, two large closets, a private bathroom + shower and a balcony until October. Then you would have to move your stuff to the new house, which comes with brand new facilities such as a large shared kitchen, two shared toilets and a large bathroom with multiple showers since the building will be completely renovated. That room is 16m2 and comes equipped with a large closet, small fridge and a queen sized bed with storage drawers at the bottom. The rent is 450€ all included with a deposit of 300€. Registration is also possible.

Regarding the location, both of the rooms are located on the campus of the University of Twente. It’s about a 20 minute bike to the city centre from campus. 

About the shared house: 

We are house Me Fait Rien! A lively Dutch student house at Campuslaan consisting of 13 people. While we are a Dutch student house, we are open to having an international student for this period of time and we are a friendly, open and respectful group who are always up for a conversation and are always willing to help out. We also have a cooking and cleaning schedule so the place is always clean and you don’t have to worry about dinner after a long day of classes. 

Pictures 1-4 are of the Studio and the other pictures are taken from a different newly renovated student house which is what the new house will look like for you as well.
