On the ground floor, there is a common living room with an open kitchen.

The luxury kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances (stovetop, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination)

The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and a mirror with lighting.

There is a separate toilet.

There is also a washing machine available. Within cycling distance from the center of Enschede and the Stadsveld shopping center.
