About the place

Hello!

Due to one of our housemates moving out, a lovely 32 m² room in a student house with a small garden will become available for subletting until February 2027.

It is quite a spacious room and includes a separate bedroom. At the moment, there are four of us living here: two men and two women. Since one of the men is moving out, we are looking for a new housemate.

We occasionally eat together and are definitely open to doing fun activities together. Other than that, there are not too many obligations, and you're free to do as you like.

We live very close to the city center, about a 3-minute walk away. Both Saxion and the University of Twente are within easy cycling distance, approximately 7 and 15 minutes away respectively.
