About the place

You'll have a fully furnished room that is near the city center. It is 5 minutes away by bike to Saxion and 12 minutes to the University of Twente. The house is shared between 3 other students, we are looking for a girl to keep the 50/50 ratio between genders. The room is spacious and has good natural lighting with space to park your bike. The current furniture must remain in the room after the rental period is over.

Rental conditions:
- €350/month (excluding wifi and use of washing machine: additional €20)
- Electricity, gas and water included
- Furnished (with bed, closet, desk and sink)
- Max stay of 6 months (1-8-2026 until 30-1-2027)
- Short interview with the housemates before moving in
- No smoking inside allowed
