About the place

Hello! 👋
My name is David and I am going on a study abroad. I am looking for someone to rent my room from August until the end of January. The room is officially unfurnished, but you will have to rent my furniture and floor. As shown in the pictures it is on the bigger side (16m^2) with a large window. The price is €405/month, including gas, water, electricity, but excluding furniture, floor and internet. 
The house is located 8 minutes biking from the train station and about 15 minutes away from the university. 
Three other people live in the house as well. We don’t do house activities, but we do eat together and make small talk here and there. I am searching for someone who is responsible, and willing to help keep the house clean.
