About the place

We are looking for an enthusiastic new housemate to join our cozy home!

A friendly and social atmosphere is very important to us. The people who are home usually have dinner together in the evenings (and if you get home a bit later, we’re happy to save you a plate 😊). We also enjoy planning activities together, like having a drink, watching a movie, or going for a walk. Of course, if you have other plans, study commitments, sports, or just feel like having a quiet evening, that’s completely fine too. Nothing is mandatory, everything is optional.

The house has a total of 5 rooms, a bathroom with a very spacious shower, a large living room/kitchen, a utility room, and a huge backyard where there’s plenty of space for a pool while a BBQ is going and a couch is set up next to it ;) We also have a covered bike shed that currently holds quite an impressive collection of bicycles (and occasionally a motorcycle).

The house is located just outside the city center. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown with everything the city has to offer. Supermarkets are just around the corner. The university is a 10–15 minute bike ride, Saxion is about 5 minutes by bike, and ArtEZ is also just a 5-minute walk away.
