Location
- Aldi and Jumbo are about a 5-minute walk away.
- Jumbo closes at 21:00, and Aldi closes at 20:00.
- Enschede’s main train and bus station is approximately a 15-minute walk away.
- Saxion is around 20–25 minutes away on foot or about 10 minutes by bike. My personal cycling record is 6 minutes!

Shared spaces and facilities
- There is bicycle storage with comfortable space for three bikes. Four bikes will fit, although getting them in and out can be a little awkward.
- The kitchen has a rented fridge and plenty of shared utensils, but bringing some of your own is recommended.
- A friendly cat often hangs around the property.

The living room and shed currently contain some moving-related clutter. These areas will be cleared once everyone has settled in and removed their belongings.
