A student room app. 10 m2 will be available in Enschede from 1st January 2026, the rent is only EUR 340,= euros per month, all in. Studenthouse is 12 minutes by bicycle from Saxion. Registration at the municipality is possible. This is required when applying for "study financing" from DUO" or "BAföG" (German students). Car parking in front of the house is for free! We are looking for nice and friendly student. Rent is including service costs, using internet, using washing machine, dryer, bi-weekly cleaning lady etc. To keep the student house clean and hygienic, we provide a bi-weekly cleaning lady for the common areas, which is included in the price. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared, bikes can be left in a small secured backyard downstairs. There are supermarkets (Albert Heijn & ALDI & several restaurants) closely within walking distance and a bus stop right behind the house.
