About the place

Available immediately: A fully furnished room in the official Saxion University first-year student housing. I am moving out earlier than planned because I unexpectedly found a permanent apartment sooner than legal notice, so this room is available for a short-term period of two months.
Because this is a dedicated international student complex, this room is strictly available for international students only (no Dutch students, per housing regulations).
About the Living Space:
Perfect Location: Literally right across from Saxion. You can wake up 5 minutes before your lectures start. Supermarkets and the city center are within short walking distance.
Fully Furnished: Comes with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, blanket, and unopened bedsheets.
The Apartment: You will share the kitchen and bathroom with just one first-year international student from Slovakia.
Rental & Deposit Details:
Move-in date: May 31
Rental period: 2 months
Deposit: €500
Note on Deposit: Because this is a short-term stay and I want to keep things easy for the right tenant, it might be possible to completely waive the deposit for someone reliable who can move in quickly though I have no guarantee it's possible.
