About the place

Hi there, I'm a third year crossmedia design student who will be subletting my room from March 19th until October, perhaps November. I’m looking for someone that can be flexible in terms of the duration of the sublet and cleanliness should be the bare minimum. The room is spacious with a beautiful view and the whole house is super cosy. You would be sharing common spaces like the bathroom, living room, kitchen and small toilet with two other AKI peeps from second year crossmedia and another from the UT from interactive tech! They’re all fantastic housemates that try spending Sunday lunches or dinners together, however this is really flexible. Everyone in the house is super chill. It’s located in the Boswinkel area, 15 mins away cycling to the AKI and 20 to the UT. I’ll def show you what the room looks like again through a video call that can be planned in.

The rent would be 455.22 per month, with additional fees that can be communicated during the interview. A one month deposit would be required. If you’re interested please send a brief introduction about yourself x
