About the place

This room is located on the second floor of a private residence (so this is not a student house). The room, as well as the house itself, is fully furnished and equipped with all necessities: the only things you need to bring are your clothes, books, and other study essentials. The house is shared with 3 other housemates.

The room is available from July 1, 2026.
Registration with the municipality is possible.
Internet/Wi-Fi available.
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
Washing machine and dryer available.
Space available to store your bicycle.
Rent: €425, including gas, water, and electricity.

The house has recently been renovated and has a simple, modern, and tidy interior. You are expected to treat the furniture and belongings in the house with care and to leave shared spaces clean and tidy.

There is a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere among the housemates. Everyone lives independently; there is no shared household routine. The kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared. The room is intended for only one (1) person who prefers a calm and quiet living environment and/or wants to focus on their studies, and therefore not for someone who frequently has many visitors.

A shopping center with a supermarket is within a 5-minute walk. A bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Within 10 minutes by bike, you can reach the center of Enschede, the Central Station, and Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
