Dear all, From march 1st 2026 we have a FURNISHED room available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat. The room is 16m2. The room is furnished and will be provided with bed, desk, closets, fridge, microwave, tv, internet and sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom, additional toilet, garden and roof terrace which are shared by 5 other international students and expats (men and women). The price is €605 eu per month INCLUDING a payment for gas, water and electricity. We are looking for an tenant that is excellent at keeping the place clean. Registration is possible. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING allowed. No drugs allowed. Please send a message if you are interested in a viewing.
