We’ll soon have two lovely rooms becoming available in our small and friendly student home.
Room 1: 14.5 m² on the ground floor — €585.00
Room 2: Spacious attic room, 18.5 m² — €645.00
The house is in a great location: close to the Central Station, the Technical University, and Fontys. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, bathroom, toilet, and a sunny garden with a shed for bikes.
You’ll be living with two sociable and tidy housemates (m/f), all students — four people in total once the rooms are filled.
Rent is excluding gas/water/electricity but including service costs. Utilities are arranged together by the tenants.
