Five rooms become available on 1 January 2027 in a fully renovated townhouse on Strijpsestraat, Eindhoven. Everything is new, from the installations to the bathroom and kitchen. The house is within cycling distance of the city centre, Strijp-S, Eindhoven Central Station and TU/e.

This is a calm, well-kept home for students who take their studies seriously and value a quiet place to work and rest. Parties are not allowed. We are looking for considerate housemates who respect each other's study and sleep time and help keep the shared areas tidy.

Service costs: € 230 to € 270 per month, depending on the room. This covers:
• Weekly cleaning of the shared areas
• Minor maintenance and repairs
• High-speed internet
• Furnishing of your room and the shared areas
• Use of the washing machine and dryer
• Advance payment for energy and water (settled annually against actual use)

All-in, you pay approx. € 860 to € 950 per month. Base rents are set in line with the Dutch legal points system (available on request), and you receive an annual statement of the service costs.
