About the place

From July 1st, 2026, a room will become available in our cozy student house! We live here with five people in a mixed house with both Dutch- and English-speaking housemates. Most of us are either finishing our studies or have just started working.

The property has been recently fully renovated and features a new kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Each room has its own sink with hot and cold water, very convenient!

The house has an energy label A and is delivered semi-furnished (with flooring and curtains). You’ll share the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony) with 4 other housemates.

The rent is including:
	•	TV & internet
	•	Cleaning service for shared spaces
	•	Other service costs

Rent is excluding gas, water, and electricity. These utilities are shared and paid to one of the housemates.
